Hi, I am a Product Designer, and my journey into design has been shaped by movement across cultures, disciplines, and real-world contexts.

I graduated from UID, Karnavati University with a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, where I was part of the Global Design Program. Design, for me, was never confined to a classroom. As part of this four-year program, I studied across multiple countries, experiencing how design adapts to culture, people, and everyday life.

My journey took me to Milan, where studying at NABA introduced me to the depth of Italian design and how history, craftsmanship, and innovation coexist in architecture and objects we interact with daily. In Melbourne, at Swinburne University of Technology, I explored contemporary and system-driven approaches shaped by technology and modern urban life. Later, at Nottingham Trent University in the UK, I began to understand how tradition and modernity influence design decisions, and how context plays a crucial role in shaping meaningful products.

Returning to UID after each global exposure helped me connect these experiences, to see design not as isolated styles, but as a universal language that responds to people, culture, and purpose.

In my third year, I stepped into the industry through an internship with Havells India Ltd, working with their CXD design team. Here, I designed a full-body hair epilator, experiencing firsthand how products move from research and ideation to manufacturing and execution. This was my first deep dive into designing for real users, real constraints, and real production systems grounding my understanding of what it truly means to design responsibly.

After graduating, I joined ColoredCow, a creative tech company based in Gurgaon, where my understanding of design shifted further from objects to systems and digital products. Working as a Product Designer, I focused on product thinking, structuring experiences across websites and web applications, and translating complex ideas into clear, usable interfaces.

At ColoredCow, I worked on projects across education, social impact, and business, contributing to platforms for organizations such as IAGES (Indian Association for Gold Excellence and Standards), Central Square Foundation, MegaFitMeals, and Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Movement. Designing for NGOs and government-adjacent initiatives taught me how design can drive clarity, accessibility, and trust especially when impact matters more than aesthetics.

Each phase of my journey; from global design education to industrial and agency experience has shaped how I approach design today. I see design as a way to bring clarity to complexity, balance empathy with systems, and create meaningful products rooted in context and purpose.
